On Friday March 11, 2011, an 8.9 magnitude earthquake hit Japan. This has triggered 4 metre waves in Japan and tsunami warnings across the Pacific coastline, including British Columbia. Thousands of people are reported dead, and many more are injured or missing. The earthquake has caused fires and severe damage to buildings, leaving 4.4 million households without electricity.
金曜日2011年3月11日、で8.9の地震が日本を襲った。これは、ブリティッシュコロンビア州を含む、日本で4メートルの波と太平洋の海岸線全体津波警報、引き金となってきました。何千人もの人は、死んで報告されている多くの負傷しているまたは行方不明になった。地震が電気のない4400000世帯を残して、建物に火災や深刻な被害を引き起こしている。


We'll think back on these times. What did I do to help? What might I have said that was wrong? What can we learn? How can we give to the people who are suffering unimaginable losses?
